LeRoi Inc Warranty

If there are any discrepancies in your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. In the interest of health and safety, we reserve the right to only accept returns on damaged or faulty products. For jewellery exchange or return, we charge a 10% restocking fee as well as the customer assumes all shipping costs. All returns must be sterilized before returning to LeRoi.

LeRoi Inc will be happy to repair or replace a LeRoi item that has manufacturer defects with no fee or shipping charge. Items may be mailed back to LeRoi Inc 214 West 2nd St. Oswego, NY 13126.

Please include a note with your shops name and address product description with reason for return.

Warranty Does Not Cover normal wear and tear, external causes such as accidents, modifications, and jewellery/product handling beyond our reasonable control. If repair is possible you may send back and we can quote you a repair fee and return shipping costs.
