Double Millgrain Pear 1.75mm Stone

Double Millgrain Pear ends are cast in-house, available in 14k & 18k yellow, rose, and white gold. A selection of colors is available for the 1.75mm hand set gemstone. Each piece has a superior hand polish and comes in either a threaded or threadless style.
